PresentThe short version
- There is no account. You never give us your name or email to use Present.
- Your plans, shelf, routines and settings are stored only on your device. We have no server and never receive them.
- There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and we never sell or share your information.
- The only outside service the app uses is RevenueCat, which manages in-app purchases using an anonymous identifier.
1. Who we are
Present is developed and published by Fast dev (“Fast dev”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the developer named on Present's App Store and Google Play listings. Fast dev is the controller of the limited personal information described in this policy.

2. Data that stays on your device
Everything you create in Present — your plans and their times, items on the shelf, routines, what you arrange for tomorrow, and your in-app preferences — is saved in the app's private storage on your phone. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party, and we cannot access it.
Your phone's operating system may include this app data in your device backups, if you have backups enabled:
- Android: Android's backup service may store app data in your Google account.
- iOS: app data may be included in your iCloud or computer backups.
Those backups are created and controlled by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies. We have no access to them.
3. Information we process
The table below lists all information processed in connection with Present. We do not collect anything else.

Purchase history means which product you bought, when, the price and currency, the subscription status and renewal dates, and the store's transaction identifiers. Device and app information means device model, operating system version, app version, language and region settings, and IP address (used to determine your country and storefront).
4. Purchases and RevenueCat
Present is free to use. Present Pro is an optional in-app purchase sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google — we never receive your payment card details, name, email address or billing address.
We use RevenueCat, Inc. to validate purchases with the store, keep track of whether Present Pro is active, and let you restore purchases on another device. To do that, the app connects to RevenueCat when it starts — including if you never make a purchase — and sends the anonymous app user ID and the device and app information described above. RevenueCat acts as our service provider (processor) and handles this information under its Privacy Policy and data processing terms.
Apple and Google process your purchase as independent controllers under their own terms and privacy policies.
5. What we don't do
- We don't show ads or use advertising identifiers (IDFA / Android Advertising ID).
- We don't use analytics, crash-reporting, attribution or tracking SDKs.
- We don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- We don't access your location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, health data or calendar.
- We don't sell, rent or share personal information, including for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- We don't use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
If a future version of Present adds a feature that needs new information — for example, reading your calendar to show fixed events — we will update this policy before that version is released, and the app will ask for your permission first.
6. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Performance of a contract — to provide Present Pro when you buy it and to restore it on request;
- Legitimate interests — to operate the purchase service reliably and prevent fraud and abuse, which we have balanced against your rights given the minimal, pseudonymous information involved;
- Legal obligation — to keep transaction records where tax or accounting law requires it.
7. Service providers
We disclose information only to service providers acting on our behalf:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets — in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
8. International transfers
RevenueCat processes information in the United States. Where information is transferred out of the EEA, UK or Switzerland, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy framework to which the provider has certified.
9. Retention
- On-device data stays until you delete it or uninstall the app.
- Purchase records are kept for as long as needed to provide and restore Present Pro, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax or accounting purposes or to resolve disputes.
- Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you and to keep a record of the request.
10. Security
Your day is protected by your device's own app sandbox and encryption. Communication between the app and RevenueCat is encrypted in transit using TLS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but because we don't hold your plans at all, there is very little for anyone to breach.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information.
To exercise any right, email support@usepresent.app. We will respond within 30 days. Because purchase records are anonymous, we may ask for your store order number (from your Apple or Google receipt) so we can find the right record.
12. Deleting your data
- Data on your device: uninstall Present, or clear its storage in your phone's settings. This permanently removes your plans; we hold no copy.
- Purchase records at RevenueCat: email support@usepresent.app with the subject “Delete my data” and your store order number. We will delete the associated customer record within 30 days, except where we must keep transaction records by law.
- Subscriptions: deleting data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account — see Support.
13. Children
Present is a general-audience productivity app and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. This website
usepresent.app does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or third-party trackers, and loads no third-party fonts or scripts. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical request data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how your information is handled, we will also tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
