1. Contact us
Email support@usepresent.app. We aim to reply within two business days.
To help us help you quickly, include:
- your phone model and operating system version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 26 or Pixel 8, Android 16);
- the version of Present (shown in your store's app page);
- for anything about a purchase, the order number from your Apple or Google receipt email.
We will never ask for your password, payment card or verification codes.
2. Manage or cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are billed and managed by the store you bought them from. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then Present.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. Or open Subscriptions directly.
Android
- Open the Google Play app and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, then Present.
- Tap Cancel subscription. Or open Subscriptions directly.
After cancelling, Present Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. When it ends, nothing you've made is deleted — you simply can't arrange tomorrow ahead of time.
3. Restore Present Pro on a new phone
- Make sure the phone is signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy Pro.
- In Present, tap the date at the top and choose See tomorrow.
- Touch tomorrow, then tap Restore purchases.
Pro can't move between an iPhone and an Android phone, because each store keeps its own purchases.
4. Request a refund
Refunds are decided by the store under its own policy. We can't issue them directly, but we're happy to help if you get stuck.
- Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose the purchase and select Request a refund.
- Google Play: follow Google's refund guide, or open play.google.com → Order history and choose Request a refund.
5. Your data
Moving your day to a new phone
Present has no account or cloud sync — your day lives on your phone. It moves with your phone's own backup: set up the new phone from a backup of the old one (iCloud or a computer on iPhone; Google backup on Android) and Present returns as you left it.
I reinstalled and my day is empty
Uninstalling removes the app's data from your phone. Unless the phone restores it from a backup, it can't be recovered — we never had a copy. Present Pro is separate and can always be restored (see above).
Deleting your data
Uninstall Present, or clear its storage in your phone's settings. To delete the anonymous purchase record held by our purchase provider, email us with the subject “Delete my data” and your order number. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
6. Using Present
How do I add something?
Tap + and name it — for example “Call mum 20m at 6”. A length sets how long it takes and a time places it on the day. Without a time, it waits on the shelf under “Still yours”. You can also drag + straight onto the day.
How do I move, start or finish something?
Pick it up and put it where it belongs: along the arc to change its time, on now to begin it, to the left onto the shelf to keep it without a time, or below the day's end for tomorrow. Tap anything to see its choices. Push the running block up through now when it's done.
I made a change by mistake
Tap Undo, shown right beside whatever changed.
7. Accessibility
Present follows your phone's motion setting — Reduce Motion on iPhone, Remove animations on Android — and replaces animations with still transitions. If something in Present is hard for you to use, please tell us at support@usepresent.app; accessibility reports are prioritised.
